NMAMIT gets ‘A’ Grade by NAAC



Established in 1986, Nitte Mahalinga Adyanthaya Memorial Institute of Technology (NMAMIT), Nitte has been accredited with ‘A' grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). As a part of Self Study Report (SSR) submitted by the institute for reassessment, the NAAC peer team had visited the Institute from 11.09.2017 to 13.09.2017. The NAAC peer team acquainted themselves with the strengths and weakness of the institution with reference to quality of assurance and also interacted with students, parents, alumni members, teachers and non-teaching staff. After thorough analysis, the NAAC committee has awarded 'A' grade with 3.11 CGPA to the institution.

“I personally feel that this is a reward for our efforts and for our motto ‘Strive for excellence’. Now I feel that the responsibility has increased in not only sustaining this achievement but taking it to the next level by providing quality education and preparing the students to meet the industry needs” says the President of Nitte Education Trust Sri N.V. Hegde.

NMAMIT is currently offering Bachelor’s degree (B.E) in 7 branches of Engineering and PG programs namely MBA, MCA & M.Tech in various branches of Engineering. Apart from this, the institute is having 10 VTU recognized research centres offering Ph.D programs.
