Nitte University Centre for Science Education and Research (NUCSER) is organizing one day workshop on "Food Safety: Issues and Concerns" on world food day 16th October 2017. The aim of the workshop is to review the current issues and challenges of food safety and also trying to understand what different actors in the food chain can do improve food safety. The workshop invites food business operators, regulators, scientists, and research scholars, undergraduate and postgraduate students from the field of Biological Sciences.
