Two final year mechanical engineering students of NMAM Institute of Technology Nitte have been selected to carry out their final year project work at the Hyundai car plant in Chennai during June-July 2017. Gautam Mayya and Mohammed Saud are participating in this project work. It is indeed prestigious for the students to get projects from car makers like Hyundai and to get a first-hand exposure from the project teams of Hyundai. The outcome based education system requires students to be provided industry-ready skills and NMAMIT is taking necessary steps in this regard according to a joint press release issued by Dr. Niranjan N. Chiplunkar, Principal, NMAMIT and Dr. A.N. Prarameswaran, Director- Industry Institute Interaction Cell of NMAMIT.
