Nitte Student Entrepreneurs Summit 2016 - JKSHIM

The Business World Editor in Chief Mr. Anuragh Batra said that budding entrepreneurs should get rid of the fear of failure and take up challenges for success. He was delivering a talk the at Student Entreprenures Summit 2016 held at the Institute on 10th September, 2016. Batra said life is about improvisation. He said belief in oneself and proactiveness are the key essentials of the successful entrepreneurship. Passion to work, active involvement and optimism play a major role in entreprenurship. Dr. N.K. Thingalaya, Chairman Accademic Council of the Institute said unemployment is truly dishearting and would pose a huge problem in the future. Dr.N.S.Shetty, Professor or Emeritus of the Institute, Dr. Balasubramani R, Chief Project Leader, EDC, NMAMIT Nitte were present on the occasion. Director of the Institution Dr. K.Sankaran presided over the function. Dr. A.P.Achar, Coordinator of the Summit welcomed the gathering. Dr.Sudhir Raj K another Coordinator of the Summit introduced the guests. Miss Deepali compered the program .Miss P.Deeksha proposed a vote of thanks. After the inaugural session, Dr.Vijayendra Rao, Poonam Shetty, Mr.P.M.Hebbar deliberated on the Summit Theme. Dr. Prasad, Director Center for Student Entrepreneurship, NITIE Mumbai, spoke on the topic ‘Students too can be an Entrepreneur’. Dr. Sudhir Raj K and Dr.Balasubramani R delivered valedictory address. MDP for Medical Professionals

A Management Development Programme for Medical Professionals was organized by the Institute at Nitte Education International, Mangaluru on 14th , 21st and 28th August, 2016. Twenty four participants took part in the programme.
