CASUAL ROUND NOTIFICATION FOR MBBS COURSE
Casual round of counselling for the seats likely to fall vacant pursuant to the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 28-09-2016 will be held on 30-09-2016 at 3.00 pm at the 3rd Floor, K.S Hegde Medical Academy, Deralakatte, Mangalore. At present, there are FOUR seats vacant in NRI Category which may be updated on further verification. Interested candidates with NEET ranking may attend the counselling with their Original Documents.
Counselling Order : Eligible NRI NEET Qualified candidates among those who are present shall be counselled first and offered a seat with NRI Fees only. If Seats still remain vacant these will be offered to Eligible General Merit NEET Qualified candidates who are present on that day with a Nitte Rank at a fee of Rs. 7,81,500/-
Soon after their arrival, they are required to register their names and proceed for verification of documents. Counselling will begin based on the above indicated Counselling order at 4.00 p.m.
Documents to be produced: (Original +3 sets of photocopies of Sl. No. 4 to 8 at the time of counselling, if opting for a seat)
1. NEET Admit Card
2. NEET (UG)- 2016 –Result sheet /Rank Card Certificate
3. NITTE UNIVERSITY UG RANK CARD-2016
4. SSLC (or equivalent) Marks card and Pass Certificate (Proof for date of birth)
5. PUC/10+2 Marks Card
6. Transfer Certificate
7. Conduct Certificate
8. Migration Certificate (for candidates other than Karnataka PU board)
9. Medical Fitness Certificate from Certified Govt. Medical Practitioner
10. Blood group Certificate
11. 5 passport size + 5 stamp size colour photographs
12. DD for Rs. 7,81,500/- (Tuition Fee inclusive of Rs.4,500/- Helinet Fee and Rs. 2,000/- Eligibility Fee) favouring “K S Hegde Medical Academy”, payable at Mangalore.
Please Note :
1. Last date of admission as per MCI is :30-09-2016
2. Counseling is scheduled at 3.00 p.m. to facilitate travel time for the aspirants
