Danta bhagya yojana report - ABSMIDS

We are proud to inform you that A.B.Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences have successfully treated 100 completely edentulous patients denture cases above the age of 60 years who are below poverty line with complete denture prosthesis under the Danta Bhagya Yojana initiated by the Department of Arogya and Kutumba Kalyana Ilake, Govt. of Karnataka. Dr.Bharathraj Shetty was appointed as a Nodal Officer for the above said programme, which was jointly conducted by Department of Prosthodontics and Rural Satellite centre under Department of Community and Public Health Dentistry of our Institution. We have also taken initiative to conduct numerous denture camps in rural areas to reach the population along with Department of Community Dentistry. We take pride to inform you that Arogya and Kutumba Kalyana Ilake have sent the appreciation letter for our work in this regard.
