A Moral Awareness Program was conducted by A.B.Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences in association with 'RESCUE', a Registered Organization from Mysore. Dr. Kumuda Rao Program Officer, NSS ABSMIDS unit welcomed the gathering. Prof. (Dr.) M. S. Ravi, Prof. (Dr.) Muralee Mohan Choontaru and Prof.(Dr.) Nina Shenoy attended the programme
Ms. M. Dahlia Figueroa (New York) spoke on the topic of Cyber-crime, ill effects of Pornography ,Child trafficking ,drugs and also on the other reasons for the distraction of minds of young people .The 2 hour lecture programme was well received by the students and the faculty.
