The Department of Public Health Dentistry, A. B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences celebrated the National Toothbrushing Day on November 7, 2015 at the Government Higher Primary School, Sooda. A total of 126 school children, teachers and parents were screened and 73 patients treated. Oral Health education was delivered to all the school children and teachers with demonstration of tooth brushing with the help of models. Oral hygiene kits were distributed to school children and school teachers.
