NSS unit of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences organized a NSS special camp at Government Aided Higher Primary School at Ranipura, Kuthar from 25-10-2015 to 29-10-2015. The camp was inaugrated on 26-10-2015 at 10.00 am by Prof.Dr. MS Moodithaya , Registrar Nitte University and he spoke on the importance of NSS and students responsibilities in the camp. Fr. Santhosh D’Souza , Priest Ranipura Church, was the Chief guest of the function encouraged NSS students in his words. Prof. Dr. Fatima D’Silva, Principal College of Nursing motivated the students to involve in all the camp activities. On this occasion Prof. Sabitha Nayak , Vice principal, NUINS, Mr. Felix Monteiro and Mrs. Winifrid D’Souza,Ranipura Church Council members were present. Mrs.Suchithra NSS programme officer, NUINS welcomed the gathering. Mrs. Cleeta Pinto, NSS programme officer, NUINS delivered Vote of thanks. The programme was hosted by Ms. Ashwini. Total 50 NSS volunteers and two teachers actively participated in the programme.
