'A writer or reporter can make a difference ' Guest Lecture by Dr. Niranjan Vanalli - NICO

Mangaluru 12 March 2015: The department of Mass communication and Journalism, Nitte University had conducted a workshop on 'Trends in Print Journalism'. Dr. Niranjan Vanalli, Head, Department of Mass Communication and Journalism of Mysore University was the Guest of honor. With his more than 25years of experience in both vernacular and English print media, he shared his valuable thoughts regarding journalism and its mottos with the students. The session added more interest when he brought out real instances that were unnoticed by many. Also, the interactive session gave an opportunity for the students to clarify their queries and worries about the field, how to improve themselves to be a good journalist of tomorrow and a lot more. Dr. Niranjan motivated the young minds by saying 'A writer or reporter can make a difference '.
