Workshop conducted for High School Teachers - NGSMIPS

NGSM Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences arranged for a one day workshop to the teachers of schools and colleges of Dakshina Kannada in various aspects of pharmaceutical sciences such as the methods of extraction of drugs, synthesis of drugs, how to prepare various formulations and test them on animals. The workshop was held in two sessions. In the morning session the teachers from different departments explained the basics of the drug manufacturing and testing followed by the practical demonstrations in all the above areas in the evening session. The workshop was followed by a small presentation and video of Nitte Group of institutions. The feedback by the teachers suggests that they were benefited immensely and thanked the institute for organizing the workshop.
