Freshers day, 2014-2015, was celebrated on 26th September 2014, in KSHEMA
Auditorium. Dr. Indrani Karunasagar, Director of Research sciences and education,
Nitte University, was the Chief Guest for the occasion. Mrs. Fatima D’silva,
Principal, College of Nursing presided over the function. Mrs. Cleeta Pinto, Principal,
School of Nursing, Ms. Suhana. S.Kundar, Vice-president of SNA were present on
this occasion.
The program was organized by the II year B.Sc.(N), II M.Sc.(N), II GNM & II
PB.BSc(N) students. The theme “START STRONG, STAY STRONG, END
STRONG” was presented by Ms. Merlin Mary Gomes. The chief guest inspired
with her message and congratulated the students. Prof. Fatima D’silva addressed the
gathering followed by a cultural programme by the freshers.
